The Transactions & Customer Services Team would like to implement an automated outreach via outbound telephony/SMS and behavioural insight solution to increase engagement while using resource smartly and effectively, to deliver operational efficiencies by removing nonvalue-added tasks to deliver improved customer engagement, promoting welfare practice and maximising payments and income. The Voicescape system has been identified for use by the team and will be direct awarded via G-Cloud for the proof of concept which will then potentially roll out across the organisation if the proof of concept is a success.
