Scope of WorksThe purpose of this contract is to provide clearance and cleaning to voids. However, additionally, an allowance for an out of hours service is required with a same or similar scope of works (covering properties, communal and public areas that are the responsibility of the Employer).It is the Employer’s or Employer’s representative’s responsibility to specify “light”, “medium” or “heavy” clearance for all property types such as houses, flats, bungalows, bedsits or maisonettes.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=36055.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
