WAG Apple Maintenance and Support

The Welsh Government is looking for a supplier to provide support and maintenance for its Apple macintosh euipment used by it's internal Design Team.The srevice is required mostly around Cardiff with two other offices in Llandudno and Aberystwyth. It is possible that during the life of the contract equipment in other offices thoughout in Wales will join the contract.It is also possible that the succesfull contractor will be asked to quote for the replacement of some equipment during life of the contract.It is essential that potential suppliers are:An Apple Authorised Service Provider An Accredited partner of Apple, Adobe, Microsoft, Xerox, Epson and Extensis;An Apple Certified Systems Administrator (ACSA);Suppliers who cannot evidence these requirements will not be eligible for considertation for the tender stage.The Contract will have an option to extend the duration up to a period of a further 12 months.The Welsh Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this process using the e-procurement process through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.
