The Wales Co-operative Centre is currently using Vodafone and EE as its network provider and has a contract with an approved Vodafone reseller located in Cardiff. We are currently on a Red Sharer Plan which includes 100mb of shared data, 2gb per user, unlimited shared minutes. This tariff fulfils our needs with regards to minutes, SMS messages and bolt-on data.More specifically the contract currently consists of the following:•57 mobile numbers (all smartphones with data tariffs) Vodafone•5 mobile numbers (all smartphones with data tariffs) EE•5 mobile broadband numbers (mifi’s on EE)The Centre is “out of contract” with the current suppliers and therefore only has to serve 30 days notice if it decides to go with another supplier.Therefore, the tender will be for an initial 67 mobile phone numbers. It is anticipated that the mobile device type split will be approximately 75% iPhones and 25% Samsung smartphones.We will need to call off the new mobile devices in tranches e.g. an initial 52 on commencement of the new contract and 15 to be called off in 2020.An additional 17 new mobile phone numbers and smartphones will also be required and will need to be called off on an adhoc basis by the end of 2019 *.
