The objective of this brief is undertake a monitoring and evaluation study for the 'Walking with Offa' initiative.The objectives of this study will cover a number of differing elements relating to the overall evaluation of the “Walking with Offa” project:1. Baseline data: Capture, examination and analysis of baseline data drawn from information already collected by project partners;2. Monitoring: Examination of the project?s current EU monitoring and reporting system to measure progress towards achievement of outputs (see Appendix One). Mentoring to be provided to project partners where applicable3. Process: Examination of project implementation and progress against outcomes.4. Impact: Achievements against objectives, assessment of broader outcomes and impacts of the project, unintended consequences, lessons learned, next steps5. A succinct succession plan to enable project partners to access future development opportunities.
