The works involved in this project consist of a full Mechanical and Electrical services contractor design, supply and installation of the services required for the new replacement air handling unit installation serving the pool at Walton-on-the-Naze Leisure Centre, Bath House Meadow, Princes Esplanade, Walton on the Naze, CO14 8PZ and building management system. The scope of this project shall include the mechanical and electrical services contractor full design and installation of the proposed mechanical and electrical services at Walton on the Naze Leisure Centre, including external works.
