The Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of The National Assembly for Wales are seeking Expressions of Interest (Eol) from suitably qualified and experienced Landscape Contractors who can demonstrate the necessary capacity and capability to undertake the Structural Landscaping of the soon to be completed Warren Bank Interchange Improvement Works at Broughton.The Warren Bank Interchange Improvement Works at Broughton is currently under construction and is due for completion late Autumn 2010. The Interchange Improvement Works are located on the outskirts of the village of Broughton, Flintshire.The outline scope of work will require the successful Landscape Contractor to carry out structural highway planting in accordance with the detailed design carried out by Consultants working on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government.Of particular importance is the requirement for the Landscape Contractor to be familiar with the requirements of Traffic Management in respect of constraints imposed in working alongside the busy A55 Trunk Road. The Landscape Contractor will be responsible for preparing and agreeing a Traffic Management (TM) Method Statement and Implementing the TM system in accordance with Chapter 8 Traffic Signal Manual (2009).For further details please refer to the attached file on the Notice Resources Section below.
