West Devon Borough Council and South Hams District Council are seeking a contractor(s) to provide: delivery of Waste Collection, the management of collected dry recyclables, street cleansing and toilet cleaning services. Consideration may be given to the inclusion of additional services which are related to the services to be delivered.Lot 1: Refuse and recycling collections, street cleansing services and public toilet cleaning at West Devon Borough Council.Lot 2: Refuse and recycling collections, street cleansing services and public toilet cleaning at South Hams District Council.Lot 3: Refuse and recycling collections, street cleansing services and public toilet cleaning at both West Devon Borough Council and at South Hams District Council.Under this contract the contractors will be required to actively participate in the achievement of the Contracting Authority's social/economic/environmental objectives. Accordingly, contract documents may relate to these considerations.
