Waste Management Services Agreement.
Descriptions
Western Riverside Waste Authority (‘WRWA’) entered into a restated long term waste management services agreement (‘the WMSA’) with Cory Environmental Limited (‘CEL’) in 2008. The existing waste transfer station (‘WTS’) at Cringle Dock site needs to be reconstructed/reconfigured. Either land owned by Battersea Project Land Company Limited (or one of its group companies) (‘BPLCL’) adjacent to the current WTS site will be used to accommodate a temporary WTS on an interim basis whilst the redevelopment is ongoing or a temporary facility will be provided on the Cringle Dock site itself but with rights being granted over BPLCL's adjoining site so that the temporary facility can be operated. This will necessitate changes to the WMSA between WRWA and CEL so that services can be provided/delivered from the temporary WTS, and following that, at the reconfigured WTS.
