Conwy County Borough Council’s Engineering & Design Services Department wish to invite expressions of Interest from suitably qualified companies for the performance of the following contract:Water dispensers servicing in non-domestic properties from April 2011 to March 2014.Interested companies MUST satisfy ALL of the following requirements:1.Registered with the EPDWA.2.All staff (who will be carrying out the on-site work) to hold current EPDWA Hygiene and Installation/Sanitisation certification.3.Carry out all responsibilities without using sub-contractors (except for water test analysis).4.Have successfully provided a similar service, in the last 5 years, to two or more Local, Education or Health Authorities for a minimum period of three years each.5.Have a company presence within, or close to, the CCBC boundaries in order to minimise travelling time to repairs call-outs as CCBC do NOT pay for mileage costs. Also, a maximum of only 1 hour per call-out may be charged for travelling time at the normal technician’s / operative’s rate. CCBC will NOT accept call-out or ‘minimum’ charges and only time on site will be payable. You MUST include documentary evidence of items 1, 2 and 4 when sending in your expressions of interest.
