As part of a ten year renewal programme by Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) and Cyngor Gwynedd, the potable water infrastructure within a number of estates throughout Gwynedd is to be replaced by a new system which meets current standards.Part of the renewal works requires the provision of new water service connections to be installed to some properties.The estates are made up of a mixture of both CCG and private dwellings on CCG estates, which are the responsibility of Cyngor Gwynedd.Pentre Helen will be the location of the pilot scheme renewal programme, which is an estate of 101 properties located in the village of Deiniolen, Arfon.The estate has 33 privately owned properties and 68 properties which are owned by CCG.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=62188.
