This contract is for the supply, packing, onlineordering system and fulfilment of bespoke customerengagement packs/products.We promote water efficiency to customers throughboth advice and the provision of water saving devices.A key part of the Ofwat approved water efficiencyactivity carried out by all water companies is a freewater saving pack, provided to household customers.The pack contains inexpensive, easy to install deviceso reduce water use through taps, showers and toiletflushing. All products contained in the pack have fullWRAS (water fitting regulations) approval.We also provide bulk supplies of water savingproducts such as cistern devices (flushsavers) and tapaerators for use in multi - occupancy properties, suchas student halls of residence and hotels.
