The Contract will involve the successful Contractor undertaking external cyclical painterwork services on existing housing properties throughout the Central Scottish Borders. The Contract will involve delivery of the service on an annual basis over a 3 year period from 2018-2021 with an optional extension not exceeding 2 years (subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Contractor) to deliver Painterwork services during financial years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.
