Wrexham County Borough Council are looking to engage the market for a software solution to provide:-•Lot One - A consultation and engagement hub for Wrexham County Borough Council to help improve the way the authority coordinates and works together on consultation and engagement, and shares knowledge and learning across the authorityAnd;•Lot Two - A web based software package which will integrate with the Councils website to provide a consultation portal for the Local Development Plan to enable officers to publish events and edit content. This portal will need to reflect the Councils corporate identity, satisfy any accessibility requirements and be published in both English and Welsh.I have split this into Lot One and Lot Two.
