WCC - Children & Families Behavioural Insights Project

Descriptions

The Council is seeking a provider who is experienced in using Behavioural Insights techniques to help the Council bring about behavioural changes in the way some teams operate. The contract will enable the Council to utilise Behavioural Insights (BI) to understand what needs to change to reduce demand into MASH. To provide a scoping document that will explore what needs to change, through engaging with stakeholders. To consider a range of solutions and run trials to analyse effective solutions. This must include data analysis to measure effectiveness, including statistical power analysis. There will be numerous iterations of these options. A final report will be required to sign decisions that we will implement after the pilot. All as detailed in the Invitation to Quote document.
