Tenders are invited for the provision of Minor Civil Engineering works for Warwick District. The Council is looking for two tenderers to be awarded this contract; with work being split equally. This tender is for the provision of Minor Civil Engineering Works, generally involving planned, cyclical and responsive maintenance; however, there may be opportunities for some new or improvement work too. The contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing 1 July 2021 with an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance in the initial term. The Total Contract Value is approximately £1m per 12 month period, however, the contract will be split between two successful Tenderers. The Contract value per winning tenderer will therefore be worth £500,000/annum.
