A management system is required to simplify and improve the task of the maintaining the Rights of Way (RoW) network in Snowdonia National Park.The new system must facilitate:• The management, recording and retrieval of information (mapped and documentary) on RoW• The monitoring of RoW condition, maintenance works and future network inspections• Promoted path management• Diary links for time-critical events and deadlines• The retrieval and analysis of information for the production of statistical and management reports• Centralised management of RoW information and live access by externally based staff• Public access to RoW information and problem reporting
