West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is responsible for the MetroLine contact centre. The contact centre provides public transport information over the phone, by email, social media and is currently undertaking a 6 month trial of live chat. WYCA is looking for an easy to use live chat solution, the aim to support customers using website www.wymetro.com. Applicants should go to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/westyorkshireca/aspx/Home hover on 'Tenders' the select 'Current' and 'View Details'. There is a registration process to complete after which applicants can access the documents. The deadline for receipt of tenders is Monday 8th June 10:00am.
