The quality standards required for this Call-Off Contract are IntelAgent is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform using chatbots and voice assistants to automate customer service processes. The aim is to use clever AI in order to innovate customer experience, supply additional support and maximise the effectiveness/ efficiency of your communications. Crucially, the platform uses Natural Language Processing (NPL) and Machine Learning (ML) to reduce call-volumes whilst also improving the efficiency, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction of your customer-service(s). We also provide key management information, allowing you to continuously improve performance. The features of the platform include: • Real time automation of customer service interaction(s) and processes. • Data visualisation, real time reporting and the collection of key management information. • A Chatbot that uses knowledge-based generation and predefined NLP frameworks. This includes the innovative use of NLP to improve and broaden responses to customers. • The use of ML to maximise efficiency and mitigate the recurrence of errors. • Continuous monitoring of agent's responses so that they are in-built for future interactions. •
