We are seeking applications from website specialists to redesign the NCH website which can integrate with our ticketing system (Audience View) for NCH.ie either via API or designed using Audience View’s Content Management System. We are looking to create a website that is visually engaging while also being extremely user friendly, reflective of the NCH brand and accessible. It should have a clean navigation system that is responsive across all platforms. We are also looking for the winning tender to support the inhouse team as necessary and provide the NCH with advice on ensuring the website meets all UX requirements and be regarded as a world-class leader in website and ecommerce solutions in the entertainment and cultural sector. We are looking for a redesign solution that will address NCH present and future business objectives on all the following domains: Commercial returns (Box Office for both in venue and broadcasts), Brand Awareness, Mission visibility, Fundraising Stakeholder communications Livestream & VOD technology We are expecting the website to be a central platform to NCH communications, and to be device agnostic, with excellent UX across mobile and desktop devices. The redesign should reflect the NCH ambition against its peers and competitors. It should service both our existing audiences as well as new audiences who might not have visited the hall before, or engaged with us online before. The redesign should consider the new environment of hybrid concert experiences (in- venue and broadcast) and allow functionality to showcase these broadcasts globally – to allow/embed a broadcast player. The proposed solution should facilitate internal content management from a variety of users/departments.
