It is anticipated that this will improve the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of digital interaction with stakeholders and reduce the process complexity for the organisation. Ultimately the redeveloped website will serve as a focal point for digital interaction with HPRA, hosting an online portal for accessing information and the organisation’s services.
