Denbighshire County Council are looking to work with a qualified Welfare Rights Advice / Debt Advice service to provide a dedicated worker who will liaise with our tenants on arrears cases to help sustain tenancies. We want to link to some analysis around the causes of arrears and where we can learn to intervene earlier / better. In addition we want to research links between fuel poverty and condensation in our homes. We will also jointly brand some money advice self-help packs such as budget planners etc.The contract will have a value of £30k per year and is anticipated to start on 1st July 2018.
