Wellbeing Through Work Project Evaluation
Descriptions
•To develop an evaluation project plan to support / align with the Project delivery and provide ongoing Project planning and risk assessment•To carry out a process evaluation to demonstrate attitudinal change at three levels (service user, health professionals and employers) to determine if the key message(s) has been accepted and if this has translated into behavioural changes.•To assess the clinical effectiveness of the service provided in terms of improved health outcomes by the use of appropriate, valid and reliable clinical outcome measures and to determine the extent to which the service interventions impacts on individual wellbeing and self management capabilities.•To demonstrate the economic effects of providing an early intervention job retention service including an investigation of the effects of the service on sickness absence and retention figures for public, private and third sector employees•To evaluate the quality and satisfaction with the service(s) provided from the perspective of service user, health professional and employers.The Project evaluation will also be required to measure the contribution to the Welsh Assembly policies, in particular the West Wales & Valleys Convergence Programme Priority 2, National Strategies and the ESF strategic framework and contribution to the aims of the Lisbon Agenda including cross cutting themes.The evaluation will also need to consider to what extent the partnership as a whole has managed and communicated with Stakeholders on a national level and upon the potential for mainstreaming, multiplication and sustainability of the end project results.
