Welsh Assembly Goverment has a vehicle spot hire contract to enable staff to travel on official business around Wales.Staff are encouraged to hire small and medium sized vehicles with emmisons lower than 130g/km CO2. Howevere there will be occasions when these bands of vehicles are not availlable. In these instances our suppliers will provide the nearest alternative vehicle.Welsh Assembly Officials generally travel around Wales but there are occasions when staff will need to travel overseas (mostly Republic of Ireland and France ). We are looking for an organisation to provide full comprehensive insurance to cover these requirements Over the last 6 months the average rentals have been 500 per month.
