WBS wishes to undertake a piece of work to analyse our current donor donation activity and survey our donors to explore their experience and future intentions. The survey is intended to enable us to gain a better understanding of the suitability of our current clinic arrangements (location and time) and the factors that influence their attendance. We also wish to explore how our current donor panels align with the Welsh population. There may be opportunity to explore several other aspects of our “cycle of service” touch points with donors; although we recognise that this may not be possible within one exercise.Furthermore, the exploration of the motivation of potential new donors (eligible members of the public who do not currently donate) will be explored as a possible next phase following the completion of this initial investigation.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=38030.
