The aim of the framework is to design and print publications, and promotional and marketing material. Occasionally work will need to be prepared only in an electronic format e.g. interactive documents, web elements, or video.Creating a design and print services framework which the Commissioner can use as required.Through this, it is intended that the time and cost savings in the preparation of publishing projects will be made by receiving one set of costs from the contractor for design and print elements, and on individual projects working with one point of contact throughout.The contractors on the framework will also be responsible for designing electronic only publications, without any print requirements; or to print existing publications which have already been designed.This specification is not a contract for a specific project.
