Develop new Welsh medium and Bilingual childcare provision and support existing Welsh medium and Bilingual childcare provision across the county borough to enable sufficient, quality, affordable childcare across all types of sector provision within Caerphilly County Borough. [Sector provision includes childminder, sessional (including wrap around), day care and out of school care including supporting schools in developing their wrap around provision]To deliver development, quality, workforce and business support to all childcare settings across the county borough who deliver both bilingual and Welsh medium provision.Ensure accurate updated information is maintained on the Family Information Service database.Support transition processes between Welsh medium and Bilingual childcare provision and other services linking provisions across sectors to enable smooth transition for the children and families, including children with additional needs and multi agency forumsShare specialist knowledge and expertise in Welsh language development in children and young people and the provision of a language rich environment, and use these skills to enhance Welsh language development in all types of childcare provision (English and Welsh medium) across the borough
