Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is leading this collaborative procurement on behalf of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC). The object of the exercise is to establish a framework agreement for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year, that is capable of delivering value for money and a quality service for the Supply and Installation of Floor Coverings to all of the WPC member organisations. The agreement will be divided into lots and tenderers may submit proposals for one or more lots.
