Caerphilly County Borough Council on behalf of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC), is seeking offers from suitable providers for the Supply & Distribution of Groceries & Provisions & Frozen Food in accordance with the Invitation to Tender document and relevant terms and conditions. The contract is a framework agreement which it is envisaged will be utilised by the Authorities stated within this notice, although it should be noted that the Authorities exercise the right to only 'call off' the arrangement as and when required.
