West Cheshire Museums would like to test the market to ascertain suitable providers who would use the catering kitchen to supply our two Northwich sites (Lion Salt Works and Weaver Hall Museum) with coffee shop food items (cakes, scones, sandwiches, afternoon tea) and conference catering. There would also be a potential opportunity for the organisation to cater for evening functions, bake bread and supply other outlets. Interested parties must respond via the Chest www.the-chest.org.uk with their expression of interest and any associated questions by no later than 17:00 on Monday 28 February 2022.
