West Lothian Council is seeking to contract the coordination, delivery and management of a ‘Saturday Strings project’ in two West Lothian primary schools.The project programme will encompass 30-week open access tuition in classical strings for violin, viola, cello and bass as well as eleven showcase performances and three end-of-term concerts.NOTE: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
