For the purpose of this Procurement, the five NHS Trusts named in this notice plus PHE who are at this stage, committed to Lots 1 and 6 and an interested party in other lots and will confirm their commitment and contracting intentions following the Invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions stage based on the financial and commercial benefits of the proposed solutions.Bristol and Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) is an agent of the Partner Organisations, acting on their behalf solely to carry out the procurement of the Laboratory Services.
