West Rhyl Housing Improvement Programme Demolition of Blocks 2, 6 & 7

Denbighshire County Council is looking to appoint a demolition contractor for the next phase (Phase 3) of an ongoing programme of site clearance in West Rhyl, which is funded by the Welsh Government. This will be the demolition of the blocks indicated in the drawing AL(0)03 ‘Site Plan identifying Blocks 2,6,7 and outriggers to 3-9 (odds) Abbey Street. This drawing will be issued with the PQQ. The blocks skirt two sides of an area currently being landscaped in the ‘Greenspace’ Project by Brenig Contractors. The successful Provider will have to share Site Access with Brenig Construction and ensure mutual co-ordination and co-operation.
