Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council acting on behalf of the Hatfield Renewal Project Board wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant (or consortium of consultants) to undertake strategic visioning work with the community of Hatfield and to develop a framework for the future renewal of Hatfield to 2030 and beyond.
