Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (The Council) is acting as the Lead Authority for the sale of Recovered Newspapers and Magazines and Mixed Paper from Councils within the Hertfordshire Waste Partnership (HWP) and Chelmsford City Council, herein referred to as ‘the Partners’. The following Partners have guaranteed that all their recovered Newspapers and Magazines / Mixed paper will be sold through this contract, 1.1Broxbourne Borough Council 1.2East Hertfordshire District Council 1.3Hertsmere Borough Council 1.4North Hertfordshire District Council 1.5Stevenage Borough Council 1.6Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council 1.7Chelmsford City Council
