Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (The Council) is acting as the Lead Authority for the sale of Recovered Newspapers and Magazines and Mixed Paper from Councils within the Hertfordshire Waste Partnership (HWP) and Chelmsford City Council, herein referred to as ‘the Partners’.The following Partners have guaranteed that all their recovered Newspapers and Magazines / Mixed paper will be sold through this contract,1.1 Broxbourne Borough Council.1.2 East Hertfordshire District Council.1.3 Hertsmere Borough Council.1.4 North Hertfordshire District Council.1.5 Stevenage Borough Council.1.6 Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.1.7 Chelmsford City Council.
