To support all those affected by domestic abuse within the community Cheshire East Council is seeking a provider who will supply a medium/low risk service with the aim of reducing the human and service cost through partnership and whole family work to prevent abuse from occurring, protect and support those affected and address the causes of further harm.The Contracting Authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SME’s).For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority points out that no weight will be attached to whether or not an economic operator is an SME in selecting economic operators to submit tenders or in assessing the most economically advantageous tender.
