The works include general repair and maintenance to the external structures and areas to properties. Replacement/upgrades to paths, patios, boundary wall repairs, fencing replacement/repairs, handrails, manhole repairs which may include work to drains, improvements to sheds and possible garden clearance, which would include tree felling. There may be retaining boundary walls which need specialist design. Demolition may be necessary and also pest control. There will be some work putting in driveways including cross overs.
