Wigan Council intends to procure Contractors to complete Improvement works to 7 High Rise Residential Blocks in Scholes Village, Wigan. The Works will include provision for upgrades to water mains, fire detection, lighting and power.The works will be carried out under a JCT Design and Build Form of Contract 2016 with bespoke amendments.The Works include but not limited to:• Domestic Water Main Replacement• Fire Hose Removal• Enhancements to Lighting and Small Power• Fire Detection Upgrades• Smoke Ventilation to Stairwells
