Descriptions
The College is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake the annual maintenance and repair of all the opening windows and roof windows in the College (but not limited to only those) in the Specification. The number of opening windows exceeds 1000.The estimated value of the contract is between £10,000 and £13,500 per annum although it should be noted that this is an approximate figure, which may vary dependent upon the number of repairs required to the windows each year. Most of the maintenance work will be required to be undertaken during College holiday periods, although emergency repairs may be required at any time.The contract will be undertaken under the terms and conditions of the CIOB Facilities Management Contract
