This tender relates to 2 different lots as below. Tenderers are invited to bid separaly for lot 1 and lot 2. Two different contracts will be awarded to the best tenderer for each lot. LOT 1: ACCESS IMPROVEMENT WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REPAIRS External: - access ramp to main entrance creation - basement fire safery exit creation - facades repair - drainage investigation and repair - tree removal Internal: - disabled lift access creation - electrical remedial LOT 2: WINDOWS AND DOORS REPLACEMENT (circa 100 units)
