Descriptions
Provision of Design and Build services for residential developments within the Wokingham and Thames Valley Region. It is anticipated that the build contracts will be amalgamated typically into groups of 2 to 4 developments ranging in unit size from 2 units to anything up to 15. The works will include multi dwelling residential buildings and individual houses. The overall value of the projects is expected to be 20 000 000 GBP over a 4 year period. Appointment to individual contracts arising out of the framework will be through a mini tender process.
