The service specification is likely to include the following;Provide housing-related support service on a floating basis to people who may live within sheltered accommodation, rent from a housing association or private landlord or own their own home.Ensure that support services are delivered in response to individual needs, working with service users to maintain independent living and, where possible prevent homelessness.Provide support which will assist service users to access preventative services and establish social links within the wider community.
