The National Assembly for Wales is looking to provide a mentoring; shadowing, and training opportunity for women in Wales via their Women in Public Life Development Scheme. The provision of a fully managed mentoring; shadowing, and training service, for mentors and mentees, from an external organisation to support the delivery of this scheme is therefore required, working in partnership with the Assembly. This service will also include recruitment and necessary HR services, and the administration of its' online presence. The objective of the scheme is to encourage women to apply for public appointments and other roles in public life. The right level of skills, experience and contacts is required from an external organisation.
