Descriptions
Expressions of interest are invited from suitable qualified and experienced consultants to provide the works supervision and contract administration in respect of the construction of the New Wear Crossing and the associated highways and other works on behalf of the Council. The scope of the services may include, but not be limited to, Project Manager, Supervisors (Bridge and Highways) along with other roles that may be necessary eg Clerks of Works (Bridge and Highways), Inspector (Bridge and Highways), Engineer (Bridge and Highways),Quantity Surveyors/Cost Control and Assistant Quality Control.The successful consultant will be appointed under the NEC3 Professional Services Contract (including and project specific amendments).
