WPC Cyclical Maintenance Contracts - Mechanical

A framework of pre-qualified and suitably experienced contractors to enable participating local authorities (and associate members of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium) to undertake their duties in respect of their Mechanical Cyclical Maintenance.Each Participating Authority currently has arrangements in place which have various end dates so it must be noted that although the estimated start date for the framework agreement is 1st April 2012, not all Participating Authorities will be utilising the agreement from this start date. Applicants should note that there will be no guaranteed volumes offered as part of this process and that the contracts may also be used by the Associate Members of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium. The particular requirements of each participating Authority will be provided to the organisations shortlisted to participate at the tender stage. Please note, however, that the CLAW Specifications will be used and the Form of Contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2006 (Rev 2 2009).
