Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is leading this collaborativeprocurement on behalf of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC).The object of the exercise is to establish a framework agreement that is capable of delivering value for money and a quality service for the supply and delivery of Asphalt, Macadam, Drystone Aggregate, Sand & Ready Mix Concrete, for the period 1st October 2015 to the 30th September 2017 (with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years, reviewable on an annual basis).
