Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC), invites you to submit a tender for:A Lead Consultant for the purpose of implementation works of the project for Wrexham Cemetery HLF second round. The Lead consultant will be responsible for assembling a team suitable for undertaking all tasks required for the project from the grant notification through to project completion, supported by WCBC. It is envisaged that the consultancy team will be led by a landscape architect or an architect, the team will comprise, but not be exclusive to a landscape architect, architect, structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer, quantity surveyor, CDMC, interpretive designers, archivist, ecologist and arboriculturalist.A written submission is required giving a realistic and creative response to the brief, together with proposed methodology indicating how the Brief will be interpreted and fulfilled. Details of the Consultants proposed Project Team, including any sub-consultants, should be provided indicating relevant experience and roles in the project.
