WWETB proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a panel from which it will source service providers for the provision of internal and external painting services. The panel will be for a duration of 3 years. The initial panel will be formed two months from the date of the initial advertisement on eTenders. Market players can apply to be added to the panel at anytime with the 3 year panel duration.
