The scope of works broadly comprises:
The installation of a new treatment plant (i.e., BioDisc or equivalent) at a suitable downstream
point after crossing the road.
The replacement of the existing downstream network following the existing route and the
connection to the existing outfall to the River Rea.
The decommission of the existing filter beds once the new treatment plant is operative
